Manual Entry Now Required for All Forms Copied

What’s changing

Browser autofill has been disabled across all new patient registration forms including fields for name, date of birth, address, and insurance. All fields now require manual input or selection. This applies to all entry points: web, mobile, and tablet.

Why this matters

Disabling autofill ensures that only intentionally entered information is submitted during registration, preventing incorrect information being submitted due to outdated or mismatched suggestions, and reducing patient frustration with the form completion process.
