“Clinical Note” label in patient portal Copied

As part of our ongoing efforts to align with the Cures Act, we are updating how documents are labeled in the Ontada Health patient portal.

After this release, all clinical notes available in the patient portal will be clearly labeled as a “Clinical Note” (callout 1).

This update is designed to help patients distinguish clinical notes from other types of documents, such as lab results, imaging reports, or visit summaries, which will begin to appear in the patient portal once development work is completed in a future release.
