Automatic retry of form and data integration Copied

In this release, we’re introducing the automatic retry of integrating PDF forms and form data into iKnowMed and your Practice Management System (PMS). This enhancement is designed to minimize manual efforts and save you time by eliminating the need for manual uploads or data entry in case of failures.

Key features

Automatic Retry

If an integration failure occurs while the system attempts to attach a form to or add data to fields in iKnowMed or your PMS after the form is marked as Complete, the system will automatically initiate retries to resolve the issue.

Limited Retries

The system will attempt integration retries up to 5 times. After the fifth unsuccessful attempt, the system will cease further retries to prevent potential delays or disruptions.

Status Indicators

Forms experiencing integration failures will be assigned a Pending Attachment status in the Forms queue (callout 1). A tooltip will inform users that the system is actively attempting integration with iKnowMed or the PMS, alleviating any need for manual intervention by your practice.

Dynamic Status Updates

Upon successful retry, the status of the form will change to Complete, indicating successful integration. Conversely, if the retry fails after 5 attempts, the status will be updated to Error, so users may take further action (callout 2).
