MIPS Quality Measures Dashboard
Starting Monday, April 6, 2026:
- Users can view data from Q1 2026 using the Time Period drop-down in the dashboard. This will also provide users with the ability to view the Practice Insights Avg. % Performance column Q1 2026 data.
- Updated MIPS 2026 Benchmark file to reflect accurate decile points for the 2026 performance year.
The MIPS Quality Measures Dashboard will be updated to reflect the following:

Additional ICD‑10 cancer diagnosis codes (C50.A0, C50.A1, C50.A2) have been added to Denominator Criteria 1 and Criteria 2 to expand denominator qualification. Added a denominator criterion for patients receiving oral chemotherapy during the measurement period, dependent on meeting all denominator criteria (encounter code M1435). |
Practices will notice an increase in denominator and numerator. |
| MIPS 453: Proportion Receiving Chemotherapy in the Last 14 Days of Life (Inverse Measure) | 2026 Updates:
Newly eligible for telehealth denominator credit using telehealth modifiers and telehealth CPT encounter codes. Added CPT codes: 98000–98007. Additional ICD‑10 cancer diagnosis codes (C50.A0, C50.A1, C50.A2) have been added to Denominator Criteria. |

Implemented a technical enhancement to ensure telehealth encounters are excluded from the denominator population for radiation therapy visits. |

MIPS Promoting Interoperability Dashboard
What’s New
We’ve enhanced the MIPS Promoting Interoperability Dashboard to significantly improve performance and reduce load times.

- Faster dashboard loading for both practice managers and users
- Improved responsiveness when accessing and reviewing data
- A smoother, more efficient experience during daily workflows
Most practices should notice that the dashboard loads approximately twice as fast as before.
Advance Care Planning Dashboards
Starting Monday, April 6, 2026, the Advance Care Planning Performance and Advance Care Planning Activity dashboards will allow users to view data from Q1 2026 using the Time Period drop-down.
NCCN Distress Thermometer Dashboard
What’s New
A new Location filter has been added to the dashboard and is now available when exporting dashboard data.
What This Means for Your Practice
You can now easily view and export dashboard data by specific location, making it simpler to analyze performance, support multi‑location reporting, and share location‑specific insights with your teams.
Status of Dashboard Updates for 2026
CMS releases updates to the quality measure specifications annually for the MIPS program. These measure specifications have been reviewed, and Practice Insights is working on the required technical updates to align with the revised requirements. Ontada will continue to notify practices once measures have been updated based on the current 2026 requirements.
