Practice Insights is pleased to announce updates in the application to support the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Advance Care Planning (ACP).

MIPS Quality Measures Dashboard

Starting Monday, April 22, 2024, you can view data from Q1 2024 using the Time Period drop-down on the MIPS Quality Measures dashboard.

Advance Care Planning Dashboards

Starting Monday, April 22, 2024, you can view data from Q1 2024 using the Time Period drop-down on the Advance Care Planning Performance and Advance Care Planning Activities dashboards.

VBC Navigation Summary Dashboard

There will be two, new columns in the VBC Navigation Summary dashboard to provide insight into patients who have chosen not to share their sociodemographic data within iKnowMedSM Generation 2:

1. Patient Opts Out of Sociodemographic Data Sharing: This column will display a “Yes” answer to indicate a patient has opted out of sharing their sociodemographic data.
2. Patient Opts Out of Sociodemographic Data Sharing Date: This column complements the first one by providing the date on which a patient opted out of sharing their sociodemographic data.

Status of Dashboard Updates for 2024

CMS releases updates to the quality measure specifications annually for the MIPS program. These measure specifications have been reviewed, and Practice Insights is working on the required technical updates to align with the revised requirements. McKesson will continue to notify practices once measures have been updated based on the current 2024 requirements. The measures listed below either have no 2024 update required or have been updated.
