Appointment Sync Extended to 15 Months Out Copied

Appointments scheduled up to 15 months in advance will now sync properly, ensuring reminders and forms are triggered for all upcoming appointments regardless of how far out they are scheduled.

What’s changing

The appointment sync logic will be updated so that appointments are synced into Ontada Health starting at 15 months out, regardless of whether they have been modified since they were originally scheduled. Previously, appointments scheduled for more than 90 days in the future that had no updates were excluded from the sync process.

Why this matters

For practices that schedule appointments well in advance, the previous 90-day sync window meant reminders were never sent and forms were never triggered for a small subset of visits. Extending the sync window to 15 months closes this gap and ensures that all upcoming appointments benefit from the full suite of Ontada Health functionality, including appointment reminders and automated form delivery.
