Appointment/Due Date Column Displays Correct Date in Forms Queue Copied

What’s changing

In the Forms Queue, the Appointment/Due Date column will now correctly display the patient’s actual upcoming appointment date and timestamp regardless of how far in the future it falls.

Previously, when a form was automatically sent for an appointment more than 30 days out, the column displayed the form’s due date rather than the actual appointment date. Date/time formatting and all other existing rules for this column remain unchanged.

Why this matters

This fix eliminates confusion for practice staff who rely on the Forms Queue to track when patients are actually being seen. By ensuring the Appointment/Due Date column always reflects the true appointment date and time, practices can trust the information at a glance without second-guessing or cross-referencing other systems.
