Previously, patient visits without a specified human resource (such as lab or infusion appointments) were excluded from electronic case reporting. With this enhancement, all visit types will be reported.

The Electronic Case Reporting page will also include an “Appointment Resource” column (previously titled, “Appointment Provider”) to display the name of the provider if the patient meets with a provider or the appointment type (e.g., Laboratory Test) if the patient’s visit does not involve a human resource.

Patients with multiple visits involving different resources might appear more than once in the table, ensuring all aspects of patient care are accurately represented.
