Demographics tab

A patient’s preferred pronouns can now be captured under the new Preferred Pronouns section of the Demographics tab. If you select the Other option, you can manually type in the patient’s pronouns. Once saved, the preferred pronouns will also display in the patient banner.

Interval Summary, Results tab, Unified Sign Queue, Worklist Queues > Lab, Worklist Queues > Imaging

You can now see the physician’s e-signature on the print version of lab and imaging results beneath the result values.

Nursing Care > MAR and Flowsheet

When printing the Nurse Note from MAR or the Administered Medications Report from the Flowsheet, you will now see a start date/time and stop date/time for administered regimens when those regimens have a stop date that differs from the start date.

Orders tab

If the practice preference is set to automatically capture the Z00.6 ICD-10 code for active study patients, the code will now be included in the cart when lab orders are created for that patient. There is no longer a need to open the order editor for the Z00.6 code to apply.

Scheduler chart tab, Scheduler worklist queue, and My Tasks > Resource Calendar

We added a new Recalculate Availability button on the Scheduler chart tab, the Scheduler worklist queue, and the My Tasks > Resource Calendar widget. Click this button to refresh availability if you encounter an unexpected error message when scheduling appointments.

Worklist Queues > Attach Documents

The queue still displays documents from a two-week time span and 2500 documents by default. But now the system will retain the user entered in the Uploaded by user field or the For Folder field even if you log out and back in. The results displayed when searching in either of these fields will show the last 500 items for that user or folder. To remove or change the user, simply delete your search term and click outside of the field.
