• To improve usability and clinical accuracy, the PDF version of the PHQ-2 and PHQ-9 depression screening forms will be reverted to the Likert Scale, allowing practices to quickly assess total scores and determine whether further evaluation or treatment may be needed.
• On the Health Records > Results page, the label “Ordering Physician” has been updated to “Physician” to more accurately reflect whether the provider listed is the ordering or reviewing physician, helping reduce confusion for patients and caregivers.
• The caregiver portal registration process now supports spaces, hyphens, and accent marks in the First Name and Last Name fields, allowing caregivers to register using their full, correctly formatted names.
• Practices can save and upload the user roles and permissions file in either CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) or CSV (Comma delimited) format, providing more flexibility in file handling.
