Ability to Add Custom, External Links Copied

In the Links menu in the top banner, it is now possible for a practice to provide up to 3 custom links for users that go to external websites, such as the state PDMP (see callout 1).

These custom links and their labels can be entered by a user with Admin permissions in Practice Preferences > Other Features (see callouts 2 and 3).
