Static chevrons improve usability across iKnowMed Copied

We changed the behavior of the floating chevrons that travel with your mouse movement (callout 1). The floating feature will be removed, and the chevrons will be stationary and appear near the center of each feature across iKnowMed.

This update increases the predictability regarding where the chevrons will appear and decreases frustration when chevrons obstruct access to other areas.
