Building integrations for our new patient portal Copied

This year, we will introduce a new patient portal called Ontada Health as part of our effort to help you engage patients in their care and improve clinical outcomes. This new portal includes the ability to control portal administration in iKnowMed Generation 2.

Practices that have Ontada Health will be able to use iKnowMed Generation 2 as a central location for managing tasks related to patient portal messaging, patient phone conversations, and completed health assessments, as well as sending patient materials and direct messages, and completing all documentation across the front office, scheduling team, and care team coordination.

Ontada Health will replace My Care Plus as the patient portal in our provider technology portfolio. Ontada Health provides a more accessible, responsive design that makes the portal available on a desktop machine, tablet, or mobile phone. It gives patients access to more information about their care and permits caregivers access to that information.
