Practices using the new Ontada Health patient portal will now see results from the NCCN Distress Thermometer form integrated into iKnowMed. Once these forms are marked as complete in the Forms Queue, the results will be sent to the patient’s Clinical Profile > Patient Hx tab. If the NCCN Distress Thermometer has a high score, it will also generate a task in the General Queue for follow-up action. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual data entry and optimizes your workflow.

Patient Banner

Previously, users were limited to using the Visit List to access the patient tracker. Now, simply click the Patient Tracker label in the patient banner to open the Track Patient window. Here, users can seamlessly view a patient’s appointment time, location within the clinic, and audit history.

Worklist Queues > Unified Sign Queue

We enhanced the scrollbar on the right side of the screen in the Unified Sign Queue so that users can simultaneously navigate through the items for each patient and mark them as Reviewed, making the signing process faster and more user-friendly.
