We enhanced the Support Tools queue to provide your practice with more effective ways to manage patient accounts and streamline your support processes.
New Account Status field for quick patient identification
A key addition to the Support Tools is the introduction of the Account Status field. This feature allows you to filter the support queue based on patient account status, helping you quickly identify and prioritize patients requiring immediate attention.
Key features
- Effortless patient identification: Utilize the new Account Status field (callout 1) to filter the support queue and quickly locate patients in need of action, whether it be a patient who needs to consent to the patient portal or a patient who needs your practice to resend the patient portal invitation.
- Sortable results for improved organization: To further improve usability, the results displayed in the table can be sorted alphabetically in both ascending and descending order using the Account Status column (callout 2).
