Enhanced Form Completion Report Copied

We made the following enhancements to the Form Completion Report for permissioned Ontada Health users to provide a more insightful and accurate view of patient form completion rates:

• View patient forms progress: Previously, the report displayed the number of forms in each status. Now, the report tracks the progression of patients through each stage of form completion with decreasing numbers (e.g., 44 forms sent, 34 forms started, 22 forms in progress, 15 forms completed). This visualization provides a clearer representation of patient engagement and makes it easier to identify specific areas where patients may drop off.
• Defect fix: In addition to the visual enhancements, we addressed the issue leading to incorrect data displays. This fix ensures that the information presented in the Form Completion Report is now more reliable and reflective of the actual patient interactions with the forms.
