Enhancements to automatic duplicate form management Copied

We’re enhancing the user experience in Ontada Health when the system detects and removes duplicate forms for patients. These enhancements help provide clarity and transparency regarding actions taken by the system.

Legacy Status Updates

Any forms with a previous status of Canceled will be updated to reflect the new Withdrawn status (callout 1). This ensures consistency across all forms and statuses within the system.

System Action Taken

As the removal of duplicate forms is an action performed automatically by the system, the user displayed in the Action Taken field will be labeled as System (callout 2). A tooltip will provide users with additional context, explaining that the form was withdrawn automatically by the system due to duplication.
