New Withdrawn Badges in Forms Queue Detail Cards Copied
What’s changing
When forms are withdrawn for a patient, the Forms Queue will continue to show the Withdrawn badge. Clicking on the item and opening the details will show a reason-specific badge that communicates why a form was withdrawn.
There are four new badges:
- WITHDRAWN – EXPIRED: The form was not completed and was withdrawn 7 days after the due date passed.

- WITHDRAWN – DUPLICATE: The form was withdrawn because it was resent to the patient.

- WITHDRAWN – MANUAL: The form was manually withdrawn.

- WITHDRAWN – APPT CANCELLED: The form was withdrawn because the patient’s appointment was canceled.

Why this matters
The previous generic badge provided no context for why a form was withdrawn, requiring staff to investigate further. The new badges make that information immediately visible in the details card, reducing confusion and improving workflow efficiency.
