Diagnosis Report: Active Chart Alert Information Added Copied

The Diagnosis Report will include active Chart Alert data, giving practices a more complete view of patient chart flags directly within the report.

What’s changing

The Diagnosis Report will include two new columns for Active Chart Alerts and Alert Details to denote which chart alerts have been added to a patient’s chart along with any comments entered by the user who set up the alert. A new Active Chart Alerts filter is also available to help narrow results to patients with alerts that need to be addressed.

Why this matters

Practices can filter the Diagnosis Report by chart alert status to quickly identify patients who require follow-up, including EOM patients, patients with specific diagnoses being treated, and patients enrolled in studies with documented diagnoses.
