Language Selector Added to Unsubscribe Screen Copied

Spanish-speaking patients can now view and interact with the email unsubscribe page in their preferred language.

What’s new

When patients click the “unsubscribe” link in any Ontada Health email notification, the unsubscribe page now includes a language selector dropdown that allows them to switch from English to Spanish.

Why this matters

Language barriers can prevent Spanish-speaking patients from fully engaging with their care, leading to missed communications and lower portal adoption. A Spanish unsubscribe experience allows these patients to manage their health communications in the language they’re most comfortable with.
