Chart Summary: ROIS Patient Summary Report Reflects Correct Carequality Information Copied

What’s changing/new

For practices with Carequality enabled, the audit history for the ROIS Patient Summary Report will correctly reflect Carequality-released documents as Requested by: Provider and Provided to: Provider. Previously, these entries were incorrectly displayed as Requested by: Patient and Provided to: Patient.

Note: A data repair will also be performed on existing reports. Any reports where the Requested By and Provided To columns listed Patient will be corrected. No further action is required by your practice.

Accurate audit records are critical for compliance and release of information tracking. This update ensures that Carequality transactions are properly attributed in the audit history, giving practices a clear and correct picture of how and to whom patient records were released.
