Location Printing Name to display throughout the patient portal Copied

To improve clarity for patients, caregivers, and staff, the Printing Name set in iKnowMed (Admin > Locations) will now appear throughout the patient portal wherever your location name is displayed.

This helps ensure the location name shown in the portal matches the name your patients recognize and expect to see.

The Printing Name will now appear in locations such as:

• The Next Appointment and Care Team sections on the For Me page
• The Appointments > Upcoming and Appointments > Previous pages
• The Care Team > Primary Location page

This enhancement applies to both patients and caregivers, creating a more consistent and patient-friendly experience.
