Automatic Task Summary reattachment Copied

System now retries failed attachments automatically

Previously, if a Task Summary PDF failed to attach to a patient’s chart, there was no automatic recovery or notification of the failure. Now, the system will automatically retry attaching the task summary during the next batch job, with up to 5 attempts.

This ensures important documentation makes it into patient charts without requiring manual intervention, improving record completeness and reducing administrative burden.
