Date of birth synchronization across Ontada Health Copied

To ensure patients can successfully create their accounts and practices have consistent demographic information, Ontada Health now fully syncs each patient’s date of birth (DOB) with the value stored in the Demographics tab of their iKnowMed patient chart (callout 1).

What’s Changing

• The correct DOB from iKnowMed will be displayed everywhere in Ontada Health for patients, caregivers, and practice users.
• When a patient’s DOB is updated in iKnowMed, the change will automatically cascade across all connected experiences, including:
  • Patient Portal
  • E-Registration
  • Admin Tools
