Duplicate form prevention for patients Copied

We’re implementing a new feature to prevent patients from receiving duplicate forms, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience. Practices can also configure the timeframe for checking completed forms to suit their needs.

Duplicate form detection

The system will now detect if forms were completed by a patient within the last 90 days (or a custom timeframe configured for your practice).

When attempting to send forms, users will see a message indicating which forms were already completed by the patient.

Users will have the option to:

• Send only the forms that the patient has not yet completed.
• Continue sending all forms, regardless of previous completion.
