3.0.27 Release Notes Copied

As we approach the end of the year, we understand that many practices have increased demands as well as fewer resources to meet those demands. We also want you to know that we’ve been listening to your concerns and suggestions.

To ensure the best experience possible, we have made the decision to combine iKnowMed Generation 2 versions 3.0.27 and 3.0.28 into one release at the end of January. Combining the releases into one means:

• Less downtime on the weekend – allowing Providers more time in the system

• High value features impacting provider workflows in a single release, giving you more time to prepare

• Relief for local practice resources with year-end maintenance and upgrades
